Directions From the West-Central Exit of JR Shinjuku Station, we recommend you follow the West Shinjuku Underground Pedestrian Walkway to our office. To reach the passageway, follow along the circular taxi loading area to EITHER your left or right. Upon exiting the passageway, our building will become visible to your right. EDUCARE is located on the 10th floor of the 52-story triangular-shaped Shinjuku Sumitomo Bldg. It is located across the street (to the north) from the two-towered Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (also know as 'Tocho'). Our building can also be accessed from ground level.
